The "NR Series" is a low-pressure composite water flow cleaning machine (pipe cleaning machine) that can be washed multiple times with just water and air, making it suitable for materials that are weak against chemicals. By performing regular short-term preventive maintenance, the defect rate has significantly decreased, allowing production to be carried out under conditions close to the initial state. Additionally, when continuous molding is performed, the temperature rises, causing the mold to be interrupted for cooling. However, after cleaning, the temperature stabilizes even during continuous molding, eliminating the need for production interruptions.
